The operating company behind science-led consumer health brands

We bring the team, capital, and operating discipline to build consumer health brands well.

BuildOperateScale

How we engage

We build

Our own brands, on real science and operating discipline.

We back

Founders we believe in. We share the risk and the upside.

We collaborate

With operators outside the portfolio, where our channel depth, network, or capital can change the outcome.

The operating discipline

Every brand moves through the same six gates before it scales. No brand outruns its proof, its supply, or its cash.

01Science

Ingredient evidence, dose logic, and clinical support, settled before anything moves.

02Product

Formulation, format, cost of goods, and packaging designed together.

03Claims

Every claim mapped to its evidence and cleared for the channel.

04Supply

Manufacturing, quality, and launch inventory ready, with backup vendors.

05Capital

Runway, working capital, and launch spend sequenced before we push growth.

06Channel

Amazon, DTC, and retail run as one system: content, reviews, conversion.

At Viridian, Kyle helps translate strategy into durable enterprise value by structuring the financial engine, building leverage through systems and AI, and supporting brands from concept to scale.

Aditya Sharma, Founder and CEO of Viridian Brands

Aditya Sharma

Founder & CEO

Aditya Sharma is founder and CEO of Viridian Brands, where he focuses on building science-led consumer health brands that earn their place. He spent his career learning the craft at the two companies that do it best, Procter & Gamble and Amazon. At P&G he built brands from formulation to national retail, including Align Probiotics. At Amazon he went on to run multi-billion-dollar businesses across Health, Household, and Personal Care, shaping how millions of people discover and buy everyday health products. At Viridian, Aditya applies that end-to-end depth, from the lab to the brand to the shelf, to build the next generation of science-led consumer health brands.

Beyond the two of us

A network of advisors, scientists, and partners we bring to every brand we build and back.

Brand and commercial
Operators who have built and scaled brands across Amazon, direct-to-consumer, and retail.
Ingredient science
Clinically studied ingredients, sourced through direct partnerships with the people who make them, the founders and companies behind the science, not arm's-length suppliers.
Manufacturing and supply
US contract manufacturing and ingredient partners, held to a standard we audit ourselves.
Clinical and research
Board-certified physicians who set the standard for what we build and claim.
Regulatory
Every consumer claim is reviewed for regulatory compliance before it ships.
Capital and finance
In-house capital, plus the banking and lending relationships to scale.
